These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the website www.dispatchershub.com ("Site") and the services ("Services") provided by Dispatchers Hub, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site and Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should refrain from using our Site or Services.
1. Use of Services
Dispatchers Hub, LLC provides truck dispatching and back-office support services for trucking and freight management professionals. You agree to use our Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions.
You do not need to create an online account to use our services. Once you sign up for our dispatching and back-office services, you will be provided with the appropriate contract terms and agreements related to your services. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Subscription and Payment
Dispatchers Hub, LLC offers Services through two primary billing methods:
-
Subscription Billing: You may subscribe to our services for a recurring fee, as specified during sign-up.
-
Percentage Billing: In addition to subscription fees, we charge a percentage-based fee for the services rendered, calculated after the job is completed.
Invoices will be sent after the completion of each job, and payment is due within the terms outlined in the invoice. No refunds will be issued for any payments made, regardless of the service outcome. By using our Services, you agree to these payment terms.
In the event of default on payment, we reserve the right to send your account to a third-party recovery agent to collect the outstanding balance.
3. Contract Signing
Dispatchers Hub, LLC requires all clients to sign a formal Dispatcher + Carrier Agreement to formalize the services provided. This agreement will outline all responsibilities, including any liabilities related to the freight job, and must be reviewed in detail by the trucker before accepting the service.
The Dispatcher + Carrier Agreement will be electronically sent to you for signature via a secure third-party service. By using our Services, you consent to the electronic signing of this agreement.
4. Freight Job Responsibilities and Liabilities
The trucker or carrier performing the freight job is solely responsible for the handling of freight, including any damages or losses that may occur during transit or delivery. Dispatchers Hub, LLC is not liable for any damages, delays, or issues arising from the performance of the freight job. The Dispatcher + Carrier Agreement provides detailed clauses on the carrier’s responsibilities, including liability for damages, compliance with regulations, and maintenance of insurance coverage.
